Sir,
The continual problem with reading religious anti-gay rants, such as the one recently published by yourself from 'Pastor' Bradfield (Letters, Friday 19th June) – with all the usual 'hate the lifestyle, not the person' hypocrisy - is not really the God nonsense used to justify it.
Rather, it is the selective 'forgetting' that the next verse in Leviticus mandates the murder of Gay people.
Come on 'Pastor', you can't drone on about loving people, forgiving sins etc and then rely on a text that advocates murder. That's hypocrisy.
Yours,
Kevin Norman,
