McGrory's Pub and Hotel, Culdaff will be the venue next Friday for an evening celebrating the life of Thomas D'Arcy McGee and the launch of a new biography written by Canadian Professor David Wilson charting D'Arcy's early years in Ireland.
The launch of Professor Wilson's Book, Thomas D'Arcy McGee Volume 1- Passion Reason and Politics will take place in McGrory's on Friday, June 27th beginning at 7 pm. It will be an evening of music, craic and poetry to celebrate the life of Thomas D'A
rcy McGee and will include contributions from local historian Sean Beattie and Culdaff author, Hazel McIntyre (Moville).

The death took place in Glenties last week of Bridie Conefry (nee Gallagher) from Culdaff who was buried in Bocan after Requiem Mass in Glenties.
