Local artists exhibition in Colgan Hall

Friends of the Colgan Hall Community and Resource Centre are organising their fourth local artists Art Exhibition to raise funds for the redevelopment of the hall. The exhibition will take place in the Colgan Hall. After the success of this event for the past number of years it is expected that both crowds and the sale of paintings will increase hugely. Charity Car Wash at Supervalu Car Park on Saturday 16th August from 10am to 5pm. The event is intended in memory of the late Thomas McLaughlin. All proceeds in aid of St Luke's Hospital, Dublin and the Oncology Unity at Letterkenny Hospital. Please support this worthy cause.

Good as New in aid of Parish Funds is now open behind Mae's. All donations of good quality furniture, clothes, bric a brac and jams and marmalades will be very welcome. Contact Mary Farren 9374488.

Good as New is now open in the premises of Margaret Theresa Doherty, Pound street, for the first two weeks in August all proceeds from this good as new will go to the Oncology ward of Letterkenny General Hospital. Good as new open from 11am – 5pm Monday – Saturday. Come along and pick up a bargain.

Charity shop open for 6 weeks in the premises next door to the Chinese restaurant Bridge St. Carndonagh. Proceeds in aid of Nigerian Priest Fr. Paul Gokok. If you have any goods for the shop bring them in or ring Esther 0868475971.

New & Nearly New Shop in Donagh Stores, Carndonagh until Saturday August 16th. Open from 10-6 each day. Proceeds go to a local charity Gráscha-Dé a place of prayer, solitude and rest.
