A teenager has been returned for trial at Derry's Crown Court.
Harry Boyle, 18, of Ard Grange is charged with grievous bodily harm with intent on May 4, 2008.

During a preliminary enquiry held at Derry Magistrate’s Court, defence solicitor Leona Breslin conceded there was a prima facie case to answer.

Boyle was released on his own bail of £1000 and ordered not to have any contact with the injured party. He will appear in court again on September 1 for arraignment.
