Host families in Inishowen are being sought to give children from Chernobyl a three week holiday in July. Do you think you could give a child from Chernobyl a recuperating holiday? Weekly activities are organised and translators are available at all times. To take a child out of a contaminated area even for a week can boost their immune system up to one year. A bungee Jump will take place on Portmore Pier, Malin Head on Easter Monday and funds will go to Malin Head Community Hall.

A Charity Dance in aid of Romania will be held in the Malin Hotel to-night with music by Peter Mac, John McGeoghan and Diane Harkin. (line dancing). Tickets 5euro and dancing is from 10.30pm to 2am.

A trip is being organised for a weekend break in Scotland to visit the Highland shows and day trip to Edinburgh city which will take place from the 26 June to 28 June. Price per person sharing is 250euro. 70euro deposit will secure a seat. Price includes coach, ferry and two nights bed and breakfast staying in a hotel on the outskirts of Glasgow approximately 5 miles from the city centre. The Parish is organizing a pilgrimage to Fatima from 18th-25th June 2009. If anyone is interested please contact Fr. Crowley. This pilgrimage presents us with the opportunity to visit Fatima for three days and the city of Lisbon the birthplace of St. Anthony of Padua. Also four days in Estoril seaside resort. The cost is 809euro for flights, meals and transfers for 7 nights/8days. Savings scheme will begin soon. Those who wish to go on the pilgrimage needs to confirm their place with a 50euro deposit as soon as possible to confirm booking.
Women's competitive football has resumed on Wednesdays at 8pm and on Saturdays at 6pm at the GAA club. Training for U14 girls takes place every Wednesday between 5pm and 6pm.
