An information evening entitled "Concerned About Suicide" will be held in the City Hotel on Tuesday 19 February from 7.30pm to 9.30pm. This evening ahs been organised by representatives from the four main Christian Churches and will be led by Mr Barry McGale and Mrs Anne McGarrigle. Everyone is welcome.
Music nights in Taobh na Cille will now take place every Wednesday night from 9pm to 11pm night instead of Thursday commencing on Wednesday 13 February.
Moville Celtic is freezing registration at the moment to the session on Monday evenings for under 10 until further notice. As numbers have grown rapidly in the last few weeks for this session, we have no choice at the moment but to take this action. We will inform the public when we will resume registration. Moville Family Resource Centre is putting on a course for the parents of National School children about alcohol and drugs. This course is designed for national school parents because research shows that parents can do things with their children while they are young that will help them build the confidence, self-esteem and skills to better handle the pressures they may meet around alcohol and drugs when they become adolescents. The course is part of the Community Alcohol Project running in Moville. The course starts at 8pm on Wednesday 13 February and will run for five weeks.
