You too can stay in shape this winter with fitness classes

Ladies and gentlemen there is no reason why you should not keep in shape this winter as there are plenty of activities in St. Mary's Community Hall to choose from:
Monday night Keep Fit classes (bring a mat) starting next Monday, 26th, from 6.45 to 7.45 p.m. Contact Olivia on 08799031. Tuesdays starting 20th - 6 week course 7-8 p.m. Contact Mary on 9382515. Tuesday's Ballroom and Jiving classes starting 13th 8
.30p.m. to 9.15 p.m. Contact Kathleen or Dave on 04871342555. Wednesday's Ceili Dancing classes (adult) 9.30 p.m. to 11 p.m. All welcome.
This Friday night 23rd January there will be a Ceili and Old Tyme dance in St. Mary's Community Hall from 10p.m. to 1 a.m. Admission five euro including supper. Music by the Cottage Ceili Band. All proceeds to Scoil Naomh Brid. All welcome.
John and Jean are running Ballroom dancing classes every Sunday and Monday nights in the Community Centre from 9-11 p.m.
There will be a Muff Festival Committee meeting next Tuesday night 27th January, at 8 p.m. New members very welcome.
Winners in this week's Parish Draw were: Eileen McFaul, Drumakellen 300 euro; Rose O'Donnell, Ture 200 euro and Madge McCarron, Sappagh 100 euro.
The Tuesday Club which takes place in St. Mary's Community Hall from 2-4 p.m. is in the process of compiling their Spring programme (Green shoots are appearing beneath the frost). For further information contact the Resource Centre on 9384572 before 4 p.m. or just come along on the day, on alternative Tuesdays, swimming at Milltown House, Carndonagh takes place so do come along have your say, it's your Club, be part of it. The Friday Club has resumed after the Christmas recess from 2-4 p.m. in Greenbank Hall, new members are very welcome to come along, as they are also compiling their Spring programme your input would be appreciated.
Community Bingo every Saturday night in St. Mary's Community Hall at 9.15 p.m. Your continued support is appreciated.
A meeting of the Committee of the Youth Choir CD will take place on Wednesday, 21st at 8.15 in the Sacristy area. Arrangements will be made for the Church Gate collection which has received a permit for the weekend of 30/31st January.
Due to weather conditions the Naomh Paodraig's Lotto draw didn't take place on Monday night but will take place hopefully later in the week.
The St. Vincent De Paul Society thanks both choirs for the Christmas Carol Services and all who donated to them. The sum raised in Iskaheen was 316.76 euros and £8.79. The Society requests that any sponsorship money out for the Christmas Day dip should be returned as soon as possible.
