Derry's most popular export - Fighting With Wire - will no doubt deliver another
explosive live set at Club:STA upstairs at Masons tomorrow night, May 9...
The Smalltown America Club also features live performances from Belfast rockers LaFaro and Derry's newest supergroup Future Chaser.
Fighting With Wire - Cahir O'Doherty, Jamie King and Craig McKean - have just been confirmed to play Knebworth!

T
hey'll be playing this year's Sonisphere Festival alongside giants of the rock world like Metallica, Alice in Chains, Thin Lizzy and Linkin Park. For more info on this monster of a gig, look up: http://uk.sonispherefestivals.com.

Since Fighting With Wire formed in 2003, the Derry three-piece have done what all good rock and roll outfits are supposed to: namely write a bunch of cracking songs and then hit the road on tour.

This blisteringly abrasive act have racked up plenty of air miles playing with the likes of Reuben, Biffy Clyro and Future Of The Left.
Now one album, two Radio One Sessions and over 100 gigs later, Fighting With Wire are justifiably regarded not only as a class live act, but also one of the most essential bands on the local music scene.

Doors open at Masons tomorrow night at 10pm and tickets are £5, from: www.wegottickets.com and on the door itself.
