A Derry financial firm has came up trumps at the Employee Benefits Awards 2008.
Towry Law, the private and corporate wealth advisers, was awarded the prestigious Benefits Team of the Year Award in London this week.

The firm, which has branches around the UK and set up in the city this year, was praised for the benefits package it offers to staff.

Towry Law employees receive a non-contributory pension scheme, free gym membership, free ‘give up smoking’ courses along with access to a cycle to work scheme.

Alex Rickard, head of human resources at Towry Law, said:

“We are thrilled to win this wward and see it as a reflection of the importance that Towry Law places on the well-being of staff and the competitiveness of our Total Reward package. Our aim is to become the leading provider of private and corporate wealth advice in the UK and we will only achieve this by attracting and retaining the most talented people in our industry.”

Towry Law’s focus on employee well-being was one of the contributory factors to it being accredited as one of the Sunday Times ‘Best Companies to Work For’.
