Carn Drama Club is preparing for its final performance of the hilarious comedy "Wake in The West" by Westport playwright Michael J. Ginnelly.
The play will be performed in the Colgan Hall tonight at 8.30pm sharp, doors open at 8pm. The club chairperson Hilda O'Connor said the cast are looking forward to a good last night as the cast and crew enjoyed this play as much as the audiences. Th
e play is produced and directed by the very talented Margaret O'Kane. Members of the cast and crew are J.P. Bradley, Philip McFadden, Siofra Nic An Breithiun, Marie McLaughlin, Hilda O'Connor, Bronagh Doherty, Michael Mullan, Paul Nugent and Connell McGrenra. Back stage and front of house are Danielle McMenamin, Kathleen Kelly, Conn McDermott, Zeva Gallagher, Ursula O'Kane, Brid Bradley, Margaret McLaughlin, Vincent Lynn, Carmel McGrenra, Harry McDaid and Ger Moyne. The play is being run in conjunction with the Sean O'Kane Memorial Fund Valentines Ball to raise money for Foyle, Donegal and Carndonagh Hospices. Tickets are on sale throughout the parish and are available from any club member or at Bridie Doherty's corner shop. Tickets are 10 euro for adults and 5 for children at the door. Come along and enjoy a good laugh and support a good cause.

New Children's Art Classes at Inishowen Carnival Group. Due to over subscription of places in last seasons children's art classes, the Group will be hosting two separate classes for age 7-12 led by Muff based artist Joanna McGlynn. Classes on Monday afternoons commencing the 19th January and Tuesday afternoons commencing 20th January. Both classes will run from 4pm – 5.30pm, will cost 45 euro and will run for 6 weeks. Places will be strictly limited to 15 participants per class so early booking is advised.
