Carn F.C. had a good result at home to Aileach where they won 1-0 in a very tight game. This was always going to be an important match for the home side and could only be described as a "six pointer", in terms of the league positions of the two teams. The only goal of the game came from a sweetly struck free kick by Christy McLaughlin from all of 25 yards. The Reserves had hard luck when they lost out 3-2 to Clonmany Reserves in St Patrick's Park. This game could have gone either way and was never going to be easy against such tough opposition, but all credit to the lads who kept going to the final whistle. There were no score cards last due to the fact that there were no Premiership matches. Well done to Niall Mc Laughlin (JB) and his sellers for their effort every week. The Gym and Aras was packed on Sunday for the annual Youth presentations and a fun filled day was had by all. The presentations on the day were rich and deserving and rewarded some proud young players.
