Banagher Dam charity walk

Dungiven and Feeny local committee of Cancer Research UK will host their annual Banagher Dam Forest Walk this weekend, on Saturday 29th September at 12 noon.

“The group has been raising funds for this worthy cause for 19 years now and has already raised more than £210,000 during this time,” said a spokesperson.

“This will be their eighth year to hold the walk which has grown in stature over the years and now regularly raises between £3,500 and £4,000.

“ Please come along and give your support by requesting sponsor forms from either Anne Marie on 07834381246 or Shauna on 07759803063, or simply come along on the day and make a donation.”

All proceeds from the walk will go to our the Cancer Research UK Centre in Belfast.
