Bumps and Beyond Coffee Morning
The Bumps and Beyond Breast Feeding Group would like to invite all mums-to-be and breastfeeding mums to its coffee morning on Thursday, 30th August from 10am to 1pm in St.Johnston and Carrigans Family Resource Centre.
A Whilst Drive is held on the last Monday of every month in St. Johnston and Carrigans Family Resource Centre. The next night will be Monday, 27 August starting at 8.00pm sharp. Light supper will be served. All welcome.
Admission 5 euro.
Are you male, aged 17 to 24 and currently unemployed? Interested in health, fitness and cooking. Why not consider a free course covering areas such as:Health and Fitness, Outdoor Pursuits, Healthy Choices in Fuelling your Body,Lifestyle Development. Donegal VEC is exploring the possibility of running a 10 day course (2 days x 5 weeks) in this area commencing in September. The Walk ‘n’ Talk group ill start on 4th September, going to Ramelton. Bus leaves at 7.15pm Sharp. 2 euro per person. Hope to see you there.
Swimming Lessons for beginners, 8 Week programme, starting Monday 10th September. 7+ age group / €40 per child. Departure from the Resource Centre at 3.30pm sharp, returning at 5.15pm. Mobile Phones: Please can you donate to us your old, broken or unwanted Mobile Phones. These will go towards a young child with Autism in your local area.
Clothes Bank: There is a Clothes Bank at the Family Resource Centre to help raise funds for the Centre. Please donate: Clothes, Sheets, Towels, Blankets, Shoes, and Curtains. Your donations will be much appreciated. The bank can be found at the back of the Centre and is a purple colour. Sorry we cannot accept items such as carpets, ornaments, mats, glass and paper.
Swap and drop your old books and magazines: There is a table of free books near the reception area in St Johnston and Carrigans Family Resource Centre. Please feel free to take a book.
Stamps: If you have any used stamps, please cut them out by cutting the envelope and leaving some of the envelope around them. Bring them down to Maureen McLaughlin at the St.Johnston Post Office. These stamps will be used to fund charitable projects.
Battery Recycling: St.Johnston & Carrigans Family Resource Centre is now accepting your small waste dry batteries! Please dispose of batteries properly!
