We’ve launched a new community service online aimed at helping people locate friends and family they’ve lost contact with.

Where are they now?’ is a free service and the premise is simple.

If you are looking for someone - a relative, an old neighbour, a lost friend or maybe an old schoolmate - send us full details of who you’re searching for plus of course your full details so people can get in touch.

We’ll host your appeal online in our community section in the hope that the Journal’s world wide scope, especially among the north west’s diaspora, might help you get back in touch.

Email us at editorial@derryjournal.comcom and write Where are they now? in the subject line.
