Info night for archaeology buffs

Local archaeology buffs are invited to attend a special event in Maghera.

Hosted by the Maghera Historical Society the event will explore general aspects of archaeology and include a power point presentation of some local sites that have been excavated.Archaeologist Paul McCooey is the main speaker.

The archaeology event gets underway at 8pm on October 4 in Walsh’s Hotel and cost £2 to attend.
