A 45-year-old Dun-given man was fined and given three penalty points for failing to wear a seatbelt.
Limavady Magi-strate’s Court heard that Donal McGilligan of Chapel Road had driven a short period and had “forgot to put it on.”

Magistrate Eamon King fined him £60 for the offence.
