£80,000 cocaine smuggler jailed

A 25-year-old Derry man has been jailed for two and a half years for attempting to smuggle cocaine into Northern Ireland.
Rory Forrester, from Violet Street in the Waterside, appeared at Coleraine Magistrate's court earlier this week.
The court heard that he was was stopped at Belfast International Airport after arriving from Amsterdam in December.
Customs officers found cocaine with a street value in excess of £80,000, depending on purity, in his baggage.
