A self-employed gardener has denied assaulting a woman and threatening to kill her.
Robert Rogan (23), of Fergleen Park, denied a futher charge of stealing a pair of trainers from the woman on December 7 last year.
Rogan was released on continuing bail to appear at Derry Magistrate’s Court on July 6 to fix a date for contest.
