AGM of Carndonagh Community and Rural Development Co. Ltd will take place on Monday 12th May at 8.30pm in the IRDL Office Pound Street Everyone welcome.

Dancing Classes recommence downstairs in the Wesley Hall on Monday nights at 8.30pm.

Derry Diocesan Pilgrimage to Lourdes led by Bishop Lagan DD takes place 16 – 21 July. Fare £449. Booking forms available in Parochial House.The Diocesan will also be taking a youth group, aged 20-35, to experience these days of celebration.

Diocesan Youth Mass this Sunday 11th May in St Columb's Church, Waterside. All welcome. Young people studying for their exams this year are particularly welcome. The Derry Diocesan Youth Choir would love to hear from singers and musicians aged 15 – 18. The choir won't be demanding as it will work towards a few one off events during the year, the first being the Youth Mass this Sunday 11th May. If you are interested tel; 048 71264087.
Irish Blood Transfusion Service is coming to Carndonagh Community School on Wednesday May 21, from 3 – 4.45pm & 7 - 9.30pm and on Thursday May 22 from 2- 4.45pm and 7 – 9.30pm. Blood donors are always needed. If you are not a blood donor already, please think about coming along to our clinic. If you are already a donor come again and bring a friend.
Dances of Universal Peace come to Donegal Senior dance teachers from Holland Noor McGuigan and Akbar Helweg will lead a weekend workshop entitled Greening with Life at the Centre for Peace and Reconciliation, Linsfort, near Buncrana, from the 23rd-25th May. Sponsored Walk in Aid of Alan Doherty Fund on Sunday 18th May at 3pm Leaving St Mary's Hall Clonmany via Binnion, Tullagh, Rusty Nail and back to the hall for refreshments, music and raffle in James Tams at 10.30pm. Good as New The members of the Methodist Church wish to thank all those who helped and supported their recent Good as New venture, it was most appreciated.

GAA The senior team had a crucial and well earned victory over Naomh Phadraig, Lifford to maintain their unbeaten run. The reserves maintained their unbeaten status with a hard fought for draw. The winning numbers in this weeks club mini- lotto were, 4,20,7,1, and 17. There was no jackpot winner. The 75 euro went to Louise Cantwell, Gortlarry, Carn. 30 euro to Anne Doherty (O), Convent Road, Carn. 15 euro to Paul Doherty (N), Churchtown, Carn. Rachael Doherty, Mullins, Carn and Paul Callaghan Malin Head. The jackpot next week is e1,600.
