Lotto numbers for the week were - 1, 6, 9, 16. There was no jackpot winner. Next week’s jackpot is £5,100.
The seniors defeated Limavady in their Championship Group play-off last Sunday evening, 0-14 to 1-09.
The reserves play Desertmartin at home on Monday, July 28th at 8.00 p.m.
The U16s play Swatragh in their Championship quarter-finals on July 31st and the U14s play Craigbane in the Championship quarter-finals on Monday, August 11th.
Ardmore
The numbers drawn on Week 28 of the club’s Lotto were - 2, 8, 17. There was no jackpot winner and the £50 prize was won by Sean Deans. Next week’s jackpot stands at £1,600.
The Under-8s had a great night at their presentation where they received medals for their commitment. They enjoyed another excellent night at their Blitz where they were able to field two teams. They each won two matches and drew one. It was a great ending to their fundamentals which will begin again in September. Well done to Dolores, Annette and Paul Simpson for all their hard work with the most committed team in the club.
The Under-10s have a Blitz on Sunday. The host club is Doire Trasna and the visiting clubs along with Ardmore are Doire Colmcille and Sean Dolans. It all starts off at 11am so can ALL eligible players be at Ardmore Bridge at 10am with full equipment including a snack and drink. For further information contact Patricia or Adrian.
The date of the Under 12 Football Skills Test will be August 11th in Owenbeg at 6.30 p.m. The club will run their skills test within the next few weeks and select one person to go through to the Derry Finals. Only one person per club will be able to compete in the Derry Skills Test Day for Under 12 Football.
The Under 16s are involved in a seven-a-side blitz at Owenbeg tomorrow evening (Saturday) at 6.00 p.m. All players are asked to be at the bridge for 5pm, full kit, snack and a drink. This is the last match for the side for the season. For further information contact Michelle or Garrett.
Seniors are playing Doire Trasna at home on Sunday. Throw-in is at 3.30 p.m. All supporters welcome. Training continues on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7.00 p.m. They will also be in action next Sunday, August 3rd. This time they will be away to Drumsurn. Throw-in is at 3.30 p.m.
We are still looking for volunteers who are willing to help with the summer camp and Fun Day are asked to come along to the next meeting on August 12th.
