Foyle Ladies
Sadie O'Kane enjoyed a comfortable victory in the Foyle Ladies stableford event on September 18th, enjoying a four points advantage over the chasing pack.

Full results were - Singles Stableford - 1, Sadie O'Kane (16) 37 points; 2, break of tie, Ag
nes McLaughlin (18) 33; 3, Denise Callen (20) 33.

Results from last week’s Monthly Medal Pendant competition - 1, break of tie, Anne Hamilton (16) 79 nett; 2, Lorna Thompson (18) 79; 3, Myra Gough (16) 79.

Buncrana Ladies

Winner of last Friday’s singles stableford competition at Buncrana were - 1, Jean Fitzpatrick (18) 32 points; 2, Margaret McColgan (16) 31; back nine, Marian Simpson (28) 19, Marian also carded a birdie at the 10th.

Results of the nine holes competition played on Sunday last, September 28th - 1, Joanne Harkin, 16 points; 2, Pascale Gallanagh, 15.

Today’s competition is an 18 holes stroke event, please arrange own partners.

Roe Park Ladies

Results from September - President’s Prize to Ladies - 1, M Patterson (29) 44 points; 2, B Lowry (26) 39; 3, L Brien (21) 37.

Ballybofey & Stranorlar Ladies

The three-person team event, sponsored by Maureen Carr and Emer Kee, was won by the trio of Lady Captain, Pat McCaughan, Margaret Foy and Anne Marie Gibbons with a great score of 86 points.

O'Flanagan; consolation prize, Kathleen McGowan, Deirdre Duncan and Mary Brogan; secret prize, Nancy McGhee, Brid McGinty and Debbie Toland; Nearest the Pin, Brid McGinty; Longest Drive, Margaret McConnell.

Saturday’s Fourball, Better Ball sponsored by Henry Kee - 1, Dolores Devanny and Mary P. O'Flanagan, 38 points; 2, Margaret McConnell & Anne McGranaghan, 35; 3, break of tie, Bridie Faulkner & Moya Larkin 34.

Sweep prizes were presented to Darragh McGowan and Moya Larkin

The club outing to place on Sunday last to Ballyliffin and a large number of both ladies and gents took part. The winning team was - Brid Blee, Dermot O'Neill, Brendan Boyle and Joe Henderson with a great score of 89 following a break of tie.
