Premier Division
Bluebell Celtic v Porter’s
Both teams currently share top spot in the League along with Top of the Hill Celtic and this promises to be an exciting contest.
Paul Kelly has done a fine job since taking over the reigns at Bluebell Celtic but this match against the reigning champions will prove his toughest test this season.
Porter’s have now gone 19 Premier League games without defeat and Paddy Travers is confident he can steer his side to back-to-back titles. Porter’s to win.
Top of the Hill v Metro
Top of the Hill Celtic lost their opening League match but they have enjoyed a six game winning streak and are currently among the leading pack.
Last Sunday they were without several key players but still managed to secure a win.
Metro are continuing to improve and Tony O’Carron’s side now sit in the top half of the table. They are expected to prove difficult opponents for the Waterside men. TOTH Celtic to win.
Celtic Swifts v Brandywell Harps
Swifts have now lost their last two League matches and are starting to slip behind the front runners. Eddie Cooley’s side have to win here in order to maintain their title challenge.
Last Sunday Harps held high flying Bogside Inn to a draw in a game they had enough chances to win. Harps to win.
Oxford Colts v Three Flowers
The Colts sit bottom and have yet to register a win this season.
Flowers picked up their first win last weekend and Jock Dunne will be hoping they have now turned the corner. Flowers to win.
The 720 v Bogside Inn
The 720 have lost all five League games and on that form they are candidates for relegation even at this early stage of the season.
Last Sunday Bogside Inn’s high scoring strikers drew a blank, so Mark Doherty will be hoping for an improvement on Sunday.
