A forty-seven years old woman is to go on trial at the Crown Court in Derry next month charged with stabbing her partner after a wedding reception.
Laura Porter, from Rinmore Drive in the Creggan area of the city, denied a charge of wounding her fifty-three years old partner with intent when she was arraigned before Recorder Judge Desmond Marrinan.

The defendant is alleged to have committed the offence in a house in Creggan Heights on July 26 of last year.

The trial, which is expected to last three days, is scheduled to start on April 21
