The Derry branch of Northern Ireland's leading independent recruitment specialist, Grafton Recruitment, has won a prestigious 'Agency of the year' award at the Workplace Employment Awards for Northern Ireland. It is the second consecutive award for the company.
The awards are given by the official recruitment industry body for Northern Ireland in recognition of service and professionalism.

A delighted Cathy Moran, Branch Manager of Grafton Recruitment, told FN: “Being named the first ever ‘Agency of the
Year’ at last year’s inaugural awards ceremony was very special, but to win for the second year in a row truly confirms our leading position. Repeating that success is even sweeter this year as it’s true what they say, retaining a title is even harder than winning it for the first time.”

After collecting the award, Grafton Recruitment’s Managing Director, Ken Belshaw paid special tribute to the efforts of the Derry branch: “It’s a very encouraging sign that, despite changing economic conditions and increased competition, we’re still very much thriving domestically and growing internationally. Our ability to adapt to the changing needs of our clients and candidates was key in ensuring that we won this award. Despite Grafton now having 76 offices in 19 different ountries worldwide, the Derry branch remains a market leader at the forefront of the Grafton network.”
