Northlands has brought together 25 stories and poems by people who have found their way from the chaos of addiction to the freedom of recovery. The contributors to "The Road Less Travelled: Journeys Towards Recovery" disclose insights and understandings with great honesty and courage. They have worked hard to achieve their sobriety, to attain the gift of "peace within my ears", as one writer describes her journey - journeys that indeed deserve to be celebrated.
Among these contributions are the experiences of several family members who have come to understand that they also deserve recovery and have their own pathways to find.

For information on this boods and on Northlands forthcoming “Celebration of Recovery” phone Nuala or Brian at 028 7131 3232 or e-mail info@northlands.org.uk
