A student has appealed for the return of his bag and lecture notes which he desperately needs for school.
The teenager’s mum wrote to the Journal saying her son had driven off on his moped from the car park on Strand Road, at the Bingo Hall, around 5.50pm on Monday, September 22.

He left his bag sitting on the ground by mistake.

She said: “He had just left North West Regional College. The bag is Adidas and is navy blue with a pale blue stripe.

“The only thing he desperately needs is the notebook he had in the bag with all his lecture notes as he needs these for his coursework.

“Everything else can be replaced so if anyone finds notebooks on a street will they please hand in to the Tech or if they have any information about the whereabouts of the bag we would really appreciate the help in finding his notes.”

If you have any information about the bag contact 07921789445.
