Swingers from Derry are using the internet to track down like-minded individuals and couples.
A couple from the city have advertised themselves on a swingers' website as "new and nervous" to the scene. Swinging has been described as a non-monogamous sexual activity that can be experienced as a couple. It used to be known as 'wife-swapping', but this term has been criticised as taking a male-orientated point of view.

'Mr and Mrs Derry' describe themselves as "bi-curious" and are interested in men and women aged 18-50.

Their profile reads: "We're both 28, been together a long time and are very interested in spicing things up a bit. We're both absolutely in love with each other and are purely interested in sharing together. No timewasters please!"

The website lists their interests as including adult parties and roleplay.

I cant gather how you would deem this article as news worthy plus your reporting seems to be very slow on the uptake. Swinging couples in Derry have been using the internet for years to find other like minded couples so your story isn't anything new.

Just a shame the Derry Journal has reached a level of being cringe worthy. Thankfully I dont purchase your newspaper anymore and considering this article, that you deem as news, I think I'll stop reading this website also.
