Citroën fans to gather for Campsie event

JC Halliday & Sons, Citroën’s longest serving dealership in the North West, and the Citroën Car Club will host North by North West tomorrow.

North by North West is the 2013 All Ireland Citroën Car Club gathering in town to celebrate and mark City of Culture year.

Celebrating 24 years in Campsie, Halliday-Citroën has worked hard to gain its reputation for ‘added customer value’. Managing Director, John Halliday, says: “We put the success of our family-run business down to the level of care we take with each aspect of our customer service. Our research tells us that more and more of our customers come back to us because they appreciated our aftercare service, our expertise and the quality of our team. We are a family and we appreciate the importance of brand loyalty”.

To strengthen this relationship with all Citroën owners in the North West, an Open Day tomorrow, Saturday, June 29 at Campsie in association with the Citroën Car Club helps mark the dealership’s recent 24th birthday celebrations. With a selection of classic and vintage Citroëns on display between 11am and 1pm on Saturday, this is an opportunity for modern Citroën owners to enjoy the cars that helped bring the marque to where it is today.

A Walled City Tour is planned for Citroënists on Saturday afternoon at 2.15pm with a stroll over the Peace Bridge and visits to the Craft Village and local museums. Dinner in The White Horse Hotel follows at 8pm.

A Rally on Sunday is open to all Citroën car owners.
