A magical theatre show for school children "The Man Who Was Magic" performed by OM Ireland's Theatre Team, will be presented at Malin Presbyterian Church Hall (Lagg) on Saturday, 19th January from 3.30pm – 5pm. All National School children are very welcome.

Cancer is bringing the Big Bus to Brunswick Bowling Alley car park on Saturday, January 12, 2008 to provide breast screening for Inishowen women. Also available will be men's health checks for aged 18 and over. This service will be free of charge as the cost of all mammograms and health checks. A DVD "The End of an Era" is now on sale, it describes how turf were cut, footed, changed footed and then wheeled to the stack, where they would be collected and brought home to provide a fire. Taking part in the DVD are Larry, Gerry, Neil and Leo Mc Farland, Joe Mc Elhinney and Harry Mc Daid, all from Carndonagh.
