Letterkenny Women's Centre Peace Building Education Project is running a 3-Day Workshop in a relaxing supportive environment leading to choices – Leadership Training for Women. You will have the opportunity to, explore a different model of leadership

The Parents and Toddlers group will resume the Thursday morning sessions in St. Eugene's Hall on Thursday, 6 September, from 10am to 12 noon. These sessions are run by Moville Family Resource Centre and are free for parents or carers and pre school children.
The counselling service will resume in The Family Resource Centre, Moville, on Monday, 3 September. Niki Cross is a counsellor with qualifications in cognitive behavioural therapy. This therapy is suitable for people with depression, anxiety problems, family relationship and childhood issues. The service is free and is supported by the Department of Social and Family Affairs through the Family Support Agency. AWARE, helping to defeat depression and prevent suicide, is a national voluntary organisation which has, since its inception in 1985, been working to bring support to those who are affected by depression and their friends and families. It offers a range of services including a lo-call helpline (1890 303 30200) a schools awareness programme, talks, public lectures and a number of support groups throughout Ireland. Support groups in Donegal are located in Buncrana, Letterkenny and Donegal Town. The group in Buncrana meet in the Nursing unit, McGinn Avenue on the second Monday of each month at 7.30pm.
