The Annual General Meeting of the Foyle Credit Union will take place in the Waterfront Restaurant, Moville on Tuesday 20th November at 8pm. All members are welcome to attend. Free draw for members in attendance.
On Land and Sea", images of Greencastle and Moville from the pen of renowned maritime artist John Baird will feature in an art exhibition and sale at the Inishowen Maritime museum, Greencastle on Friday 30th November 07 at 8pm. Everyone welcome, refr

A support group for relatives of people suffering from depression meets on first Monday of every month in "Create a Link" art studio, Letterkenny. Sufferers meet every Tuesday at 8pm. Phone 0749735030 for a free information pack.

A 25 Card Drive will take place in the Malin Hotel on Friday 23rd November at 8pm. Two rounds playing to time at 10 euro per round, including supper. Raffle on the night. Proceeds to the classes for children with specific learning difficulties in Action Inishowen.
Good Evening Inishowen Service is looking for volunteers to contact older people in the Inishowen area on Tuesday and Thursday from 6pm until 8.30pm. Call Anne on 932 1598.

Presently the Moville Christmas Tree committee are delivering and collecting their donation envelopes from all households. If you have not received an envelope, you can drop your donation into the box in the Moville Post Office.

St Patrick's Day 2008, due to the fact that Saturday March 15th is the date when the church will celebrate our national saint next year, the organising committee of our local parade is anxious to gauge public opinion on when we should hold our annual parade on Saturday 15th, Sunday 16th, or Monday 17th, (which is still a public holiday).

Consequently voting sheets will be left in local business premises in the parish on which you can indicate your preference. It is important that we do this soon to help us book bands etc. We are also anxious to recruit new committee members, if interested contact 9382327 for details.

The Serenity House Active Retirement Christmas Party takes places in Serenity House on Wednesday 21st November at 7.30pm. Music by Dominic McDaid.

Moville and District Mental Health Association will be holding their Christmas Social in Foody's Lodge, Quigley's Point on Sunday 2nd December from 3pm to 7pm. Afternoon tea will be served Raffle and Spot prizes galore. Admission 5 euro.

Names are being taken for a Food Hygiene class which will commence in January 08 in Serenity House, Moville. For further information contact Serenity House on 9382945.

Northwest Bus ways, Sunday Service, as from Sunday 25th November to Sunday 23rd December a bus service will operate to Derry departing at the following times. Culdaff 12.25pm; Malin 12.30pm; Carndonagh 12.40pm; Quigley's Point 1pm, arriving in Derry at 1.25pm. Greencastle 12.30pm; Jack's Shop 12.32pm; Moville 12.40pm and Quigley's Point 1pm arriving in Derry at 1.25pm. Both buses leaving Derry at 5.10pm.

The Greencastle Christmas tree committee urgently needs new members and volunteers to help with raising funds and erecting the tree and lights. As our expenses (such as insurance, new lighting, equipment etc) are rising each year we hope that people will be generous in their donations. The next meeting of the Greencastle Christmas Tree committee will be held on Thursday 22 November at 8.30pm in the Fishery College, Greencastle and every Thursday night.

The Inishowen Methodist Churches will be holding a cake and craft sale at the Methodist Hall, Moville tomorrow from 11am to 4pm. Teas will also be served. Stalls will include can painting, handbags, baskets, paintings, jewellery, cards, tear fund items and other handmade crafts. All are very welcome.

Moville Celtic FC numbers draw. Winning numbers 5, 10, 21 and 23. No jackpot winner. 20 euro draw winners, Joey Harkin, c/o Lawrence, Martin McGeoghan, O'Gara Villas; Ciaran Kelly, Post Office. Next week's jackpot 2,150 euro. Draw will take place in the Trawlerman's Bar on Sunday 18th November 07.
