The Moville Tidy Town committee have called on all residents in the Moville and surrounding areas to get involved in this year's National Summer Clean which will take place on Saturdays 5 July; 19 July; 2 August; 16 August and 30 August.
Once again the clean up kits will contain colour coded bags, gloves, pickers and skips will be provided. All volunteers of all ages are welcome, residents and visitors, meeting up in the car park at the Green at 10.30am. Clean-ups will be held every
two weeks throughout the summer.

Names are being taken for a FETAC Level 6 Train the Trainer course which will be commencing in Serenity House, Moville in September 08. This course is for new or inexperienced trainers who want to learn practical skills and useful tips to run their own successful training sessions. This course is also ideal for further and higher education professionals. Participants will gain skills and knowledge about the running of a successful training programme. The course gives the participant an understanding how people learn, strategies to motivate learners in a positive and inclusive environment, communication skills for training delivery and facilitation, practical training methods and structures for effective training.
