Many people want to be healthier and fitter but find the gym or jogging too strenuous. These exer
cises are gentle, done at your own pace, sitting or standing and can be done in the comfort of your own home! The exercises can be done by anyone, young or old, fit or unfit, male or female. They help achieve a balance of heart, body, mind and spirit bringing about increased levels of energy and well-being.
Moville is to host the first opportunity in Donegal to learn the Rainbow T'ai Chi Chi Kung exercises. This two day workshop on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th of November will be held in St Eugene's Hall from 10 til 4pm each day. The workshop will be a mixture of exercises, discussion and reflection. The workshop will be given by Yvonne Smyth, from Ballegan, Greenore Co Louth. Yvonne is a trainee teacher and student of Peter Chin Kean Choy, the founder of the Rainbow T'ai Chi School in Devon, England.
