Two candidates are running this year for the Mayoral campaign, Lorna Weir standing for Muff Sheltered Housing and Ann O'Donnell standing for Quigley's Point ladies football team. Fundraising for this campaign will be starting shortly so please give generously.

Deepest sympathy is extended to the family and friends of the late Mary Elizabeth McColgan, Drumanail, Iskaheen who died recently in the Nursing Unit, Buncrana. The Funeral Mass took place in St. Patrick's Church, Iskaheen, celebrated by Fr. Anthony Mailey, burial took place in the adjoining graveyard. May she rest in peace.
Deepest sympathy is also extended to Mrs. Isa Grant on the death of her husband Jimmy, also to his family and many friends in Muff, different parts of Inishowen and Derry. Jimmy spent most of his life running a business in Muff and was very well known in the area. Requiem Mass took place in St.
Patrick's Church, Pennyburn, burial took place in Muff. May he rest in peace.

Congratulations to Carl and Sandra McLaughlin, Muff who completed the 407 mile Mizen Head to Malin Head cycle, they were part of a 32 strong group from Donegal and Derry who completed the cycle. It is understood that 30,000 euro was raised for the foyle Hospice.

Lynn Crumlish will hold her final yoga classes on Thursday, 26th June at the usual times of 6.30 p.m. and 8 p.m. in Quigley's Point Community Centre. She would like to say a hugh and most sincere 'thank you' to all those pupils who attended the classes over the past fourteen months and she would always consider them to be her firends. She will be handing the classes over to her friend Siobhan Lincoln, also a YTTC trained teacher who will continue to keep you all well stretched - 'If you don't use it ' you lose it!' She would love to see you all in Callaghan's Bar, Quigley's Point on Friday, 27th June at 8 p.m. for a farewell drink or two. Pupils past and present are more than welcome - hope you can make it.
Naomh Padraig GAA -The numbers drawn in this week's lotto draw were 4:2:1:3:5:7 and 6. There was no jackpot winner, however, 100 euro runner-up prize went to Maranna Lynch. Next week's jackpot will be 1200 euro. The reserves were in championship action last weekend and were defeated by a point away to Letterkenny Gaels. This weekend the senior play Carn in the second leg of the junior championship at Ture.
The annual Sports Day takes place on Sunday 6th July at 2.30 p.m. There will be several sporting and fun games throughout the day. All are welcome.
