Massage is the message from ICA

At last week's monthly meeting of the ICA members were treated to a hand/arm massage under the direction of Tanya McColgan who demonstrated and talked the members through giving each other a massage
- it was a relaxing and enjoyable exercise and all came away with the intention of continuing the massage at home with family members. Sue Lynch won the competition for the best hand made St. Patrick's Day Card. The next meeting will be held on Tues
day, 21st April, at 8 p.m. New members welcome.
Sandra and Carl McLaughlin, Muff would like to say a big "thank you" for the support they received for the dance held in Foodie's Quigley's Point on Friday, 6th March, all who bought tickets and those who sponsored the event. The dance which proved to be most enjoyable was run in aid of the Foyle Hospice, the amount raised was £3,644.50. Well done Sandra and Carl.
The next two Lenten Stations will be held in the homes of Sheila and Mickey McColgan, Carnamoyle on Wednesday, 25th March and Helen and Seamus Grant, Ture on Friday, 27th March. All Masses at 7.30 p.m.
The next meeting of the Muff Festival Committee will take place next Tuesday, 24th March at 8 p.m. in St. Mary's Community Hall. New members most welcome.

If you answer yes to any of the above questions, why not come along to Carn-donagh Community School at 7.30 p.m. on Tuesday, 24th March in Unit 5, where they will host an information evening for any person interested in, or with queries regarding a return to education to pursue a Leaving Certificate qualification, or a Repeat Leaving Certificate. Principal of Carndonagh Community School, Mr. Paul Fiorentini commented: "We are conscious that there is a great deal of uncertainty for many people regarding future employment prospects and we would be willing to explore how we can assist people boost their qualifications and opportunities for employment.

The Pioneer Total Abstinence Association annual Church Gate collection will be taken up next weekend.
The Diabetic Association would like to thank everyone who contributed to the recent Church Gate collection which amounted to 550 euro and £65.
The Donegal branch of the Alzheimer Society is one of the nominated charities for this year's North West Charity 10K on Sunday, 3rd May in Letterkenny. Sponsor cards can be obtained from Mary Gillen on 9373068 or Gertie Monagle on 934247.
The Friday Club have organised a dance in Foody's Lodge, Quigley's Point tonight Friday, 20th - dancing form 9.30 to 12.30 p.m. in aid of Club funds.
The Tuesday Club continues with swimming at Milltown House on Tuesday, 24th - meet at St. Mary's Community Hall at 1.30 p.m. New members very welcome to both of these clubs.
The annual General Meeting of the Time on your hands' will take place in St. Mary's Community Hall on Tuesday, 24th at 7 p.m. This is a registered activity Retirement Association supporting the activities of the Tuesday/ Friday Clubs and Glor Maighe. Do think of becoming a member of any of these clubs, it is an excellent way for people with time on their hands to meet other people and join in the many varied activities the clubs have to offer.
