Creggan is set to be entertained by an Undertone, a Commitment and a Happy Enchilada when they assemble at Rath Mor’s Hive Studios for an evening of craic, conversation and maybe a song or too, this Thursday.

The event, the third in the series of Creggan Showcases, features native sons and daughter Michael Bradley, Bronagh Gallagher and Paddy Nash – and will be chaired by Bogside interloper Paul McFadden.

The showcases have been organised by Guildhall Press as part of their development of the Portrait of a City film and photographic archive, in association with the Big Lottery Culture for All programme.

The event is taking place before a live audience at the Rath Mor but will also be filmed for the PoaC archive and streamed online.

Previous showcases have featured Creggan sporting and community personalities including Tony O’Doherty, Charlie Nash, Kathleen Doherty and Raymond Craig.

Seating at the Hive Studios is limited, so prospective audience members are advised to arrive early on the night. Curtain up is at 7.00pm. And if you can’t make it, the edited highlights will later be broadcast both online and on the screens along Rath Mor mall.
