Fly tippers who dumped rubbish in Strabane cemetery over Christmas have been branded ‘insensitive’ and ‘ disrespectful.
Sinn Fein councillor Jay McCauley says the rubbish has now been cleared by Strabane council. But he says local people have been left both angry and distressed.
“People visiting the graves of loved ones were distressed and angered that anyone could have been so insensitive and disrespectful to do such a thing. Given that the rubbish was transported and dumped there on December 28, a day that the Council dump itself was open, it makes matters even worse,” he say
