Local scooter enthusiasts from the Bad Samaritans Scooter Club have issued an urgent appeal after three of their beloved scooters were stolen from a workshop in Muff at the weekend.
All three of the scooters are quite distinctive.
One of the scooters stolen is a 1963 vintage Lambretta, which is white with customised multicoloured arrows on the panels. Also stolen was a maroon Vespa LML with a cream seat, and finally a black Vespa with red stripes.
They all belong to local club members of the Bad Samaritans Scooter Club who have said they are “gutted that their pride and joys have been stolen”.
“All we want is the safe return of the scooters to their rightful owners,” the Bad Samaritans spokesperson added.
Please contact your local Gardai or PSNI you spot any of these distinctive scooters.
