A 21-year-old man has appeared in court accused of arson in relation to a fire at the weekend.

Liam Colm O’Donnell, of Brewsters Close, faces one charge of arson endangering life on July 5.

During the alleged incident in Brewsters Close a set of curtains were set on fire.

O’Donnell was released on his own bail of £500, to reside at an address in Old City Court. He is banned from entering Brewsters Close and from having any contact with the alleged injured party.

The 21-year-old will appear in court again on July 24.
