The annual Blessing of the Graves in Bocan Church cemetery will take place this Sunday 1st July at 6pm.

Sympathy from all in the parish go to the families of James McCauley Ourt, Mary McFeeley Turmore ans Scotland, Mary Carabine Culdaff and Belfast and George Greene Gorey Gleneely who all passed away recently. May their souls rest in peace.

There will be a ceili in Bocan Hall tonight with dancing from 10pm–1am. Music is by Martin Duggan and admission is 5 euro including supper.

The Go Shop Culdaff would like to thank everyone for supporting our tea party in aid of the Carndonagh Community Hospital Patients’ Comfort Fund. 605 euro was raised for this worthy cause in memory of Ellen Farren.

Culdaff Football Club is holding a Monster Charity quiz in McGuinness’s Bar on Friday 6th July as part of their 40th anniversary celebrations. The quiz will commence at 4pm following the golden oldies game in Caratra at 7.30pm. All proceeds are in aid of the local SVDP and the Alzheimers Unit Carn Hospital. All support would be greatly appreciated.

There was no winner of the Gleneely Colts Lotto jackpot last week. Numbers drawn were 10-11-17-18. Next week’s jackpot is now 7,700 euro. Twenty euro winners were Michaela McLaughlin Gemstone Park, Trevor Henderson Gleneely, Niall McDaid Gleneely, Cillian McCauley Moneydarragh and Johnathan McGonagle Moneydarragh. Culdaff FC Golf Classic will be held in Greencastle GC on Saturday 7th July The cost per team is 100 euro. A time sheet is in operation and spots can be booked by contacting Neil on 087-7822294 or Brian on 086-3401139. OPfficial GUI /ILGU handicaps are necessary.

A Zumba Class will be held in Bocan Hall every Wednesday night from 6.30pm – 7.30pm and in Malin Hall on Monday nights at the same time.Old Tyme Dancing in Lagg Presbyterian Hall commencing at 8.30pm continuing every first and third Thursday of the month. Two hand dancing classes will take place in the Wee Hall Culdaff every Thursday night from 8pm – 10pm. New members always welcome to come along and have some fun while learning to dance.

Teas will be served in Malin Presbyterian Church Hall each Saturday during the months of July & August from 2.30pm until 5pm. Visitors will be welcome to look around the church and graveyard and to read about the history of the church. All welcome.

Good As New Shop will be opening again in mid August for Bocan Church Funds.If you have any unwanted clothes/bric-a brac or furniture then please save them for the shop and if you need them collected it will be arranged.
