Tracy Gilligan, Managing Director of Therapie Clinic and Optilase, had been voted Business Woman of the Year 2012 at the Ulster Tatler People of the Year Awards.
The glittering ceremony took place in The Great Hall, in Belfast’s City Hall and attracted over 400 high profile business men and women.
TV personality Emma-Louise Johnson and Sky TV sports presenter Graham Little hosted the night.
Phil Coulter was also in attendance and received the Lifetime Achievement award. The Ulster Rugby team were also there to support the awards and the party continued until 4am at the Ivy!
Finalists in the Business Woman of the Year category included Tracy Gilligan of Therapie and Optilase; Lynn Carson, DMS Training; Tracey Hall, Style Academy Model Agency and Leona Kane, Brighter Gold Rapeseed Oil.
Winner, Tracy Gilligan who was praised for being both brave and inspiring, succeeding in growing and expanding her business in such a difficult economy climate, and at such a young age, commented:
