Derry’s Tower Hotel has gone on the market with a price tag of £3.75m
Dublin based CBRE Hotels have been instructed to offer the property for sale and the popular Derry venue appeared in a number of local and national publications over the weekend.
The Butcher Street premises, regularly promoted as one of the best hotels in the North West, is billed by the selling agents as “a profitable business with growth potential.”
The sale details also contain planning permission for an additional 52 bedrooms.
The current hotel is advertised for sale as a 93 bedroom property comprising the Lyric Bar, Walls Restaurant, Tyrconnel Suite and basement parking.
Property experts in Dublin say the hotel is one of a number to have gone on sale in the North in recent months and that it will be a “closely watched sale process.”
