Every day, a staggering 23 people in NI hear the devastating news they have cancer and 11 people die from the illness. Macmillan is challenging all walkers to raise a minimum of £25.
£25 could pay for a Macmillan Nurse for an hour, helping patients and their families in the Strabane area receive essential medical, practical and emotional support that prevents people feeling like they’re facing cancer alone.
Over a year, a Macmillan Nurse in NI will support, on average, 178 people affected by cancer.
All funds raised from the Macmillan Candlelight walk will stay in Strabane to support people living with cancer Your support will make a difference.
