A coffee evening in memory of Mary McLaughlin, Lecamey will be held in the Carrowmenagh Community Centre on Friday 9th May from 7-9pm. Proceeds in aid of Donegal Hospice.

Parent and Toddler Group

Carrowmenagh Community Centre Parent and Toddler Group is on every Tuesday morning in Carrowmenagh Community Centre @ 10.30pm. €3 per family. New members welcome.

Carrowmenagh Football Club Weekly Lotto Draw

There was no winner of the jackpot on Sunday 4th May

The numbers drawn were: 1, 4, 7 & 10. Winners of €20 were: Eddie Crumlish, Mossyglen; Kevin Doherty, Ourt; Aiden Sweeney Glen. Next week’s jackpot is €3300 drawn in Rawdons.

Parents and Children of Scoil Cholmcille, Greencastle are organising a Clean Up in Greencastle on Saturday 10th May as part of National Clean Coast Week. Anyone that would like to get involved can meet at the School at 12.30pm. Light refreshments will be served after.

Notice of Annual General Meeting

The committee of Tremone Youth & Recreation invite all members of the community to attend their AGM which will be held in Carrowmenagh Community Centre on Monday, the 12th of May at 8.30pm. Any persons expressing an interest in joining the committee, please put their name forward in writing to the Company Secretary before August 9th (Friday).

Inishowen Methodist Churches would like to thank all who supported their recent fundraiser in the Good as New shop in Margaret Theresa Doherty’s premises, Pound St, Carndonagh. Many thanks also to all who donated items for sale or helped in any way.

Carndonagh camera club meets at 7.30 every Thursday evening in Spraoi agus Sport in Carndonagh. All levels of photographer welcome from camera phone users to DSLR users. Why not come along and find out how to use your camera properly.

The Buncrana Aware support group meets on the second and fourth Monday of each month at 7.30pm in the Inishowen Development Partnership on St. Mary’s Road, Buncrana. The group provides a safe space for people with depression and/or anxiety to come together to share coping skills and support one another. This service is free and you will be made most welcome. The cancer support and social club meet in Milltown House Carndonagh at 7.30 on the second Monday of every month. The group is a friendly group and welcomes anyone who has been affected by a cancer diagnosis, Patient, carer, family member or friend .It is a tough journey for everyone and sometimes sharing with others can help.
