Carrowmenagh Community Centre would like to thank all those who attended our flower arranging demonstration and Children’s Concert. A special thanks to all the children who took part in the concert for providing an evening of fantastic entertainment.

Glen Residents AGM will take place on Thursday 10th December at 8pm in the Carrowmenagh community centre. All Welcome.

Christmas at Little Climbers: Santa! The annual Youth Club Xmas Party will take place on Thursday 17th December, 5:30-7:30pm. They have a very special guest flying in for the evening and to ensure that he brings enough gifts for everyone we need all names in by Friday 11th December, and all money in by Monday 14th December as we will NOT BE TAKING MONEY AT THE DOOR ON THE NIGHT. Children of all ages are welcome at this event, although under 4s must be accompanied by an adult. Admission is €5 per child (€4 for members). XMAS CAMP: They will be hosting a Christmas themed camp on Christmas Eve from 11am until 2pm. We will be making treats for Santa and his reindeer at this camp. Carrowmenagh Football Club Weekly Lotto Draw on Sunday 6th December 2015. The numbers drawn were: 3,8,15,22. There was no jackpot winner. €20 winners are; Cahir McLaughlin, c/o Ryan. Eileen McDaid, c/o Marty. Roisin Smith, c/o Anna. Next week’s jackpot is €1400 in the Corner Bar.

Country Dance - Music by Charlie’s Country Kitchen. On Saturday 26th December at the Strand Hotel Ballyliffin. Dancing 10pm—2am, Buffet served at 11pm. Tickets 10 euro. Proceeds  to Clonmany shamrock FC and soccer Youth Academy

Carn Malin & Clonmany Branch of RNLI would like to thank everyone who bought tickets and came to the Flower Show in the Strand Hotel. Also, to everyone who sold the tickets, Josie Coll of Flower Craft  & Design and to all the staff at the Strand Hotel. We raised €700 for this great cause.

Social Prescribing is now available in Buncrana/Carndonagh/Clonmany. Social Prescribing is about supporting people’s general health and well-being by using community based activities and supports, such as exercise, art, reading or gardening to name but a few. Care of the Aged Appeal for Charity Shop Donations: If you have any unwanted clothes, shoes, handbags, DVDs, jewellery, books or unwanted gifts why not donate them to a worthwhile cause? All donations gratefully received by Moville Care of the Aged Charity Shop (opposite the Cosy Cottage). Open Monday – Friday from 10am – 4.30pm

Carndonagh camera club meets at 7.30 every Thursday evening in Spraoi agus Sport in Carndonagh all levels of photographer welcome from camera phone user’s to DSLR users. Why not come along and find out how to use your camera properly.

Carrowmenagh Community Centre Parent and Toddler group every Wednesday morning, from 10.30am-12.30pm. €3 per family, all newcomers welcome.

Carrowmenagh Community Centre provides a range of services. If you would like any typing, printing, photocopying, e-mailing, laminating or binding done, you can avail of these services for a small fee. You can also book the hall for meetings, courses, etc. Telephone 07493 67251.
