Colgan Hall Easter disco for children

St Bridget’s NS is running an Easter Disco for Children in the Colgan Hall tomorrow from 4-6pm. Admission 3 euro per child and all children must be supervised by an adult. St Bridget’s NS wishes to thank all who participated in the recent cycle/walk. A special word of thanks to Phelim McCallion and G&S supermarket for their support and to all who donated and helped on the day. 660 euro was raised.

The organisers of the Easter Monday Parade are looking for volunteers for the day and anyone who wishes to enter a float should contact one of the organisers.

A night of music by local musicians including the Finbarr Doherty Band, the Henry Girls and the Kate O’ Callaghan Band is being held in McGrorys, Culdaff on Easter Sunday night in aid of the Niall Mellon Township Trust, building homes for families living in shacks in CapeTown, South Africa. Tickets 10 euro – available in Dohertys (Fintan) newsagents, The Gym, New Park, Carndonagh and in McGrory’s, Culdaff.

An Amazing Grace concert will be held in the Inishowen Gateway Hotel on Easter Sunday at 7.30 p.m. featuring the Inishowen Gospel Choir, Buncrana dance crew WC Seven G plus music, drama, photography exhibition and more. “Youth” Strictly Come Dancing in the Ballyliffen Lodge on Easter Sunday Doors open 7.30pm and show starts at 8pm.Admission 10 euro and 5 euro for children under 12.

GAA Lotto: The winning numbers in the club mini –lotto were12, 17, 6, 22 and 23. There was no jackpot winner.
