Officers were dealing with the two males when Totten tried to pull one of them away from police.

The 20-year-old squared up to police and was arrested for disorderly behaviour.

He made off from police and resisted arrest.

Defence solicitor Eugene Burns said his client recalled very little about the incident and was ‘extremely embarrassed by his conduct’.

District Judge Barney McElholm fined the defendant £350.
