36-year-old man denies rape

Jason Robert William Stewart, of Duke Street, denied a further charge of sexually assaulting the woman on January 11, 2014.

Derry Crown Court heard the trial is likely to last five days.

The case was adjourned for the prosecution to clarify the availability of witnesses.

Stewart was released on continuing bail to reside at an address in Cookstown.

A trial date will be fixed in his absence on September 7.
