Two men have appeared in court accused of offering to supply mephedrone.
Bernard Shiels, 27, of Glen Road, is charged with offering to supply mephedrone, supplying a class B drug and possessing mephedrone with intent to supply.
His co-accused, 23-year-old Aaron Patrick McCusker, of St Eithne’s, is also charged with being concerned in the supply of mephedrone and offering to supply the class B drug.
The offences were allegedly committed between August 2012 and September 2012.
Shiels and McCusker were released on their own bail of £500 to appear at the crown court on August 22.
As part of their bail conditions they are banned from licensed premises and nightclubs.
