Not guilty plea to wounding charge
A 41-year-old has denied a charge of wounding.
Patrick Pearse Deery, of Winchester Park, pleaded not guilty to wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
The charge relates to an alleged incident on April 4, last year.
Derry Crown Court heard the trial is expected to last two days.
The case was adjourned for witness availability.
Deery was released on continuing bail to appear in court again on September 14.
